Sheerline’s Prestige Contemporary Aluminium Bifold Doors
Sheerline’s British-made aluminium doors offer contemporary style, slim sightlines, security and energy efficiency – making them a popular choice with installers.
These contemporary bifold doors are popular with installers and homeowners who prioritise style, security and energy efficiency. They provide a seamless transition between interiors and outside spaces, bringing an improved sense of space as well as maximising the light flooding into the property.
The bifolds are made in Britain using recycled aluminium sourced from Wales and are designed to minimise enviromental impact from waste to energy use.
FEATURING THERMLOCK® TECHNOLOGY
Featuring a sleek and modern exterior, the innovative Thermlock® multi-chamber thermal design is cleverly hidden, ensuring properties remain well insulated against the challenging UK weather. These insulating chambers function as a thermal break and, when combined with high-performance glazing, deliver superior thermal performance that far exceeds that of conventional polyamide thermal breaks.
SLIM SIGHTLINES
The super slim sightlines offer a minimalist look that matches the rest of the Sheerline range. The doors have a 138mm sightline between sashes, that creates a balanced look. The custom designed single rollers elminate the need to floating mullions.
BUILT IN SECURITY
Featuring a 5-point locking system along with double deadbolts and optional PAS24 upgrade, the Prestige bifold has been designed to keep homes secure. With full-length security interlocks on appropriate styles, these bind the sashes firmly together if attacked by an intruder.
THRESHOLD OPTIONS
The doors feature fully weather-sealed rebates ensuring doors aren’t over-centred during operation. The integral cill and ramped low thresholds use unique, one-piece end caps which also act as frame jointers, saving time, and incorporating concealed drainage.
Flat bottoms on all thresholds also allows for easy installation, manoeuvrability, and storage.

DOOR HANDLES
For the finishing touches these lever handles bring a curved form to the traditional lever door handle. The door handles are available in an attractive range of colours, with fixing centres between 211mm and 122mm. They are also reversible so they are non-handed.
